Breakdancing was born in New York during the early 1970s and became part of hip hop culture. It was popularized by African American and Latino youths and fast gain popularity around the world. Some dance moves requires body strength and flexibility. The breakdancing has four core elements: toprock, downrock, power moves, and freezes. Breakdancers are called a b-boy, b-girl, or breaker. The music associated with B-boying is mainly hip hop, rap and funk.
